Login Page
The login to neoCloud Single Sign-On portal is done through neoCloud Support Center or directly on the following link:
The login page offers three options:
- Log In: The primary login option to manage user profiles, set up MFA, and access services.
- Forgot Your Password: Allows users to reset their password if forgotten.
- Account Locked Out: Unlocks user profiles locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts.
Logging into neoCloud Single Sign-On To log in, users must enter their username and password. After the first level of authentication, they must confirm their identity with multi-factor authentication (MFA). If multiple authentication methods are enabled, users can choose their preferred method. If only one method is registered or other methods are disabled (more information available in Setting up MFA), the system will automatically proceed with second authentication.
After entering the MFA code from their email or Authenticator app, users gain access to their neoCloud Single Sign-On profile, where they can manage their profile, change passwords, configure MFA, or access services through single sign-on.
Forgotten Password
If a user forgets their password, they can reset it by selecting Forgot Your Password? on the login page and entering their username and Captcha code.
After verifying their identity through MFA, users must enter a new password that meets the security policy of neoCloud Single Sign-On.
Once the new password is entered and confirmed by clicking on Reset Password, the system notifies the user of a successful password reset.
##Unlocking a Locked Account
If a user’s account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts (either on neoCloud Single Sign-On or any other neoCloud service), they can unlock it manually before the automatic unlocking period of 15 minutes expires.
On the neoCloud Single Sign-On login page, by selecting the Account Locked Out? option, user can initiate unlocking by entering the username and Captcha code on the screen.
After the first level of login, the user needs to verify their identity with multi-factor authentication using the same process as when logging in to neoCloud Single Sign-On. Once they have verified their identity, the user completes the unlocking process by clicking Unlock Account.
After this, the user will receive confirmation that the account is unlocked and can proceed to log in.
